Ok, so 3.5” lift, axles centered, new 37” (d rated) tires, all air pressures at 30 psi, -adjustable upper and lower control Arms, metalcloak stabilizer, and tie rod. As you can see from alignment specs it should be pulling right, any ideas.

fyi- I did cross rotate front tires and still have pull to the left

should I add more left caster? Maybe turn out LCA one turn? TIA View attachment 244814

6.2/5.8 caster, geometry looks off.
Seems like right side is higher than the left side.

Gas charged steering stabilizers will cause a pull to the left. Not sure whether or not MC's stabilizer is gas charged. I would take it off and go for a drive and see if it still pulls. Also if you have nittos, they are pretty notorious for radial pulls.

Correct, but with those numbers it should pull right not left, if I give pass side more caster I would think it would pull harder left. Should I just increase caster and even out any cross caster? Thanks

Mc stabilizer is not gas charged, and not running Nittos either.

Adding a little more caster will help with the return to center so it might help you out. I don’t see how you can adjust caster on only one side since it is a straight axle?

Having more negative camber on the left side will make it pull to that side. I have no idea if that’s adjustable on these but it might have an adjustment on one of the ball joints?

No, this makes sense
It would pull to the side that is lower. Because that side has more traction to the road surface, which is left.

I think if you put right side caster up to match the left and even try to get closer to 6.5 degrees On both sides, you’ll notice a considerable difference. Even though you’re allowed 1 degree of difference from side to side and be within specs, it’s a different animal lifted with 37s. Everything else looks good on your print out.

I don’t think camber would be adjustable on solid axle, as for caster because of adjustable front lower control arms I can push them out to adjust caster and cross caster, at least I thought that’s what it would do. Since I have more caster on driver already but yet it’s pulling that way, to me it seems it would push right? I was thinking if I evened up pass side(slight adjustment out) of caster so they match maybe that’ll help or give even more caster on driver side would compensate? I’m not really sure what to do, right now if feels a little wobbly and I have to keep wheel held to the right to keep it from pulling left and keep jeep straight , and yes wheel is centered. Would toe have any affect on this?

I’ll try that and see what happens, thanks!

Have you checked your thrust angle? What lift/components do you have in the rear?
