White line marking on front differential?

Anyone know what this could be on brand new 2025 wrangler? Jeep only has 800 miles. Didn’t notice this until last week? TIA!

Yep, looks like qa/qc found an issue, marked it, and it got missed. Could've happened in transit.
Take it back to your dealer and ask them to repair it.

Good catch. I’d suppose this could be a weak/thin spot if it takes a hit given the sharp change in direction.

Thanks for the answers guys. It has been 5 months from delivery. I'm sure they will; delay, defer and deny at this point. Plus the dealer is 3 hours away. I was thinking of the Teraflex cover. Needed the fluid checked/changed at this point anyway (this was found going under to check the levels)

You're three hours from your nearest dealership? There's no real reason to go to the one you bought it from.

No, there is one close, but not known for a great service department. I'm sure they wont do anything with it at this point.
