There’s a number of beaches around Long Island that are permit accessible to off-road vehicles. I tend to prefer Hampton or fire island based ones but the north short has plenty too.

Closest my jeep got to the beach, was at a lake haha!
Not many places here to actually drive on the beach in socal. There's one, but its far and very crowded, and usually very windy.
