My wife and I have actively been looking at homes in New Bern. The area is pretty cool. Love your historic downtown. The Vibe was awesome when we visited.

I am coming from Orange County CA to Scottsdale AZ to pick up my 392.

Interesting you have seen plenty driving around Scottsdale. I’m in north OC (Brea) but even south OC I have not seen one in person or driving around anywhere in SoCal.
