Where are decals installed?

I plan on getting my Granite Silver Metallic Rubicon Unlimited wrapped in satin green (3M 1080 Sheer Luck Green).
Are the Rubicon decals installed at the factory or at the dealership? If they're installed at the dealership perhaps I could ask them to skip installing it.

Factory. And no you can't skip them. You can have the dealer take them off if you trust them.

Hmm... maybe I'll try my luck with my contact. I added an option to my wrangler after it was already in D status ;-) ... but that was probably an easy change for him. Having them not install the decals might be asking too much.

I have heard it can cost like $2k to $3k. My wife's cousin owns a shop 20 minutes from Koon's where I ordered my vehicle. Haven't discussed price yet. I'm hoping for a family discount ;-)
