Let’s not start speculation rumors. Many 4XE have build sheets, Jeep didn’t build them with missing parts.

Jeep has decided to not make the wranglers part of the chip issue at this time. Many of these have been built but shipping was delayed while waiting for EPA results. They are showing up at dealerships as I type this.
