what cover did ya'll use?
Like a winch cover?

I don't use one as my Jeep is in the garage. Regardless, with the stock steel bumper, the winch sits between the frame rails and the synthetic line is completely covered by the winch and bumper. The only reason I would consider a cover is if my winch sat on top of the bumper where the synthetic line is exposed to sunlight frequently.

How did you guys manage to get the inner bumper nuts back on? I have the Warn Zeon-8s and there isn't enough room to get in there and put those bolts on.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I think I used a combination of a flex head ratchet, deep socket, and a short extension. It was tight, but I didn't have any issue get all of the bumper nuts back on.

Thanks. I got another bolt on this morning on the left side. Its the right side that is tight. My deep well 18 is to deep. Need a smaller one. I also read that buying a bolt without the flange should fit on the top right one. Ill keep at it.

On top of that the evo comes with the synthetic rope installed and the zeon does not which means you have to fight with seating the rope in the drum. Not nocking the zeon, i would love to have one.

Is this the Mopar Bull Bar/Grille Guard? If yes, any issue with space above winch controller?

It seems hard to view the line that is spooling onto the drum with this setup.

Has anybody had any difficulty observing the line spooling on the drum correctly?
