Is this the exact build and color you want? Are you emailing them or communicating on the phone? Tell them you are ready to buy. Email and ask them for their final net/net price.
To be honest, I would not build a well load one with the factory order, but if I could get this one for OTD $38,000. I will go for it. My question is: Is it possible? consider this one has been on the lot for a long time and pandemic we are facing. I know this is a crazy price...

You will NOT get it for $38K out the door with taxes, plates, fees. NO WAY.

Got it, then what price will be defined as the greatest deal?

There are sites (KBB) which will give you the invoice pricing. Have you taken a crack at computing it yourself? Educating yourself will prepare you to better negotiate. Join treadlightly.com and you'll get another 1% off your best deal.
Thanks for your advice, I will look at the treadlightly.

You won't get a loan if your a international student so don't bother with 0%. Email the dealer and ask for the net/net price.

Do you have a timeline? You need to wait 30 days after you join Tread Lightly to qualify for the discount.

Need the options to calculate the invoice. $626 for fees? What fees? IL has a cap on doc fee of $300.
The $626 is tax, title, license, doc fee with new plates. I'm in Illinois as well and it's the same across the state. $500 even if you're transferring plates.

I checked it, it needs 30 days. I plan to use a car on July, no rush

$43,264.74. this is the net price they gave me.
The invoice price is $41,143.
The MSRP is $43,005
If I want to bargain, will 15% off MSRP be possible?
Notice someone get the car with 13% off MSRP

That's what I figured. Email and ask them for their final net/net price. Tell them you are ready to buy if you get net/net.

$43,264.74 is the NET Selling price. It's very different then a net/net price. A net/net price is the price with all incentives, discounts all in, their actual cost. Then you add taxes, plates, fee to that number.

Send a very simple email. Ask them if they will sell for net/net.

Most would consider 13-15% below MSRP a good deal. Not all dealers will go this low. High volume dealers are your best bet as they make their money in holdbacks and FCA incentives. What many people do is contact multiple dealers. Some will come right out and tell you they will not sell below this number or that number, some will counter offer, and a few will be happy to take the sale. It seems the deals are easier to get on sold orders though as they have not invested much into it. I know that sounds counterintuitive as you would think they’d want to move that Jeep that’s been sitting in the lot for four months, but it’s true. Perhaps they want to try to make as much money on the Jeeps they have on hand as most consumers buy from the lot.
