8/4 - Paperwork received by Vroom

Vroom was the best price for me by about 3500, they seemed to ask more specific questions about the truck i sold. Process couldn’t have been easier, within a week had signed docs they overnighted me and they arrived to pick it up on a Friday. The check was overnighted and in my hand Monday morning.
well its Monday morning and I still haven't heard from Vroom. I submitted my request on Thursday. I will try the different email address approach today though.

I used Carvana and had it within minutes. Took that email to the dealer and walked out with a check!
Edit: the dealership paid me $1,000 more than what I paid for it in December 2018!
I got an instant quote from Vroom, but Carvana offered me more for my '07 Sierra. Whole process took ~3 days from when I accepted the quote to when he was in front of my house with his truck.
With Carvana, when you initially set it up, you can get a paper check or an ACH transfer. I did paper check, but then he called and said he didn't have a paper one yet, so I could reschedule or just switch to ACH. When I went online to switch to ACH, there was a new, 3rd option that allowed me to put in my debit card for an instant transfer.
The money was in my account before he even had my truck loaded up.
