Sold my JLUR to Vroom.
Hadn't planned on selling it but the offer was too good to refuse.
Process was seamless.
I was able to reach customer service easily. I was considering doing an 800mile drive while waiting for them to pick up the Jeep and asked how it would affect price, and they were excellent about it and told me they wouldn't put it in writing but not to worry about it as long as I didn't go any higher and then they gave me a mileage cost they would deduct (don't remember the cost - it was low).
Trucking company that picked up was excellent.
They picked up sooner than expected.
Check arrived 2 days later.
