That very well could happen provided there are enough people who appreciate it left when you go to sell.Rare, desirable cars go up in value. With electric just around the corner, and the first v8 in 40 years this is and will remain rare and desirable. You'll end up driving it for free when you consider the appreciation. It may actually cost you less compared to a more common vehicle.
I was on the fence, real close to pulling the trigger on one when they raised the price out of nowhere by $3k. Then I come here and find out it requires premium ... like a one two punch, it knocked me right off the fence.
Do you really believe that someone would pay $77,000 or more for a used one a few years down the road after they're gone? I'm sure you'll always get top dollar but would you pay $77k or more? This is a real question, not goading here.
