Make sure you use a sharp bit and cutting fluid if you bore out the stock stabilizer, I spun the bushings about 3/4 of the way through.

I got the TeraFlex alpha carrier installed and it turned out great. TeraFlex always has really thought out parts, maybe not first to market, but that is likely why. There was an eye popping, tailgate twisting 6+ gap between the tire carrier and tailgate with the mopar relocation bracket. Now with the alpha it is about 2 inches. I can hear my tailgate thanking me. My KMCs have a 3.5 bs, so i am really impressed with how tight this carrier pulled it in. Thanks @TeraFlex

Also the Ron Jeremy camera housing extensions improves visibilty greatly through a deep dish wheel.

@Usethis83 do you by chance have more pics of the skid? I’m trying to figure out if I can modify the Quadratec one.

Any issues with the ride quality. Are you happy with how it came together, or anything you might change?

Small thing but did you loosen then re-torque your rear control arms after installing the spacer? Same with the front UCAs? Bushings will be in a little bind as compared to loosening/tightening them at the new lift height. Probably not enough to matter unless you’re really flexing off-road but just throwing that out there.

Yes, i am happy with it. I think the ticket was the longer lowers to compliment the mild spacers. I drove it for like a week with no steering stabilzer while waiting on parts, and that was a good test that everything was happy. Stabilizers just mask/mitgate what is really not quite right. And it was good without, but a little better with. I will take that. It rides real close to stock, which was the goal.

No just the track bars and front lowers i changed. I have done a few jl and jts and always did like you said to prevent binding. This time i said to heck with it and tried without and it is fine. Likely becuase the spacers are very mild and not far off from factory ride height, where they were originally torqued. If it was like a 3 or 4 inch lift, i think it would not fly for reasons you mentioned.

Good to hear. I am stuck between doing this and doing the Clayton 3.5 Overland Plus like on my Gladiator. The Clayton will make 2 inches over stock so i figure it will be similar to adding a 2 inch spacer, but with the benefit of the adjustable arms and track bars. My only hang up is I don't want to mess up the ride of my 392XR. Thanks for the info.
