Ideally you have a link to a thumb drive compatibility/format/processes whitepaper and cheat sheets to distribute.

Same, USB c to m.2 adapter. M.2 256gb hd formatted fat32 (for speed 135gb of music - browse list can take several minutes to build). Played from usb 2 in the console. Uconnect 5.
