UConnect Update - where has Trails Offroad gone?

I performed the UConnect upgrade yesterday and the trails offroad feature has disappeared!

I just got premium membership during the Black Friday sale specifically to take advantage of having on-board trail maps, recording etc.

Anyone know what is going on?

That features has been completely borked ever since they announced it. It'll probably come back after a few days but there is no way I would ever rely on it.

I also jumped on the BF deal but I have to run it on my phone but that was a great deal.

Yeah, that's what I'm seeing.

In general I'm happier with OnX, I only went for this because of the on-board opportunity.

I've never had any service like this before so I just wanted to see if it was even worth it and on sale it was cheap enough I took the plunge just to check out out.

I use Gaia GPS on my phone through Android Auto. It's topo and trail data with tack recording and easy way points. Bought my '22 JL used so no UConnect services. Seems too pricey for what you get.

I also had it on my 2018 JLUR until the update. Now my entire uconnect is gone. Do you ever find a fix?

The trails off-road option disappeared from the screen after the free trial expired. To get it back I’ll have to pay for the subscription. I might consider it for the Jeep jamboree in Moab.

Now my screen freezes upon startup and reboots. How annoying!

the offroad pages and trails etc. are all messed up software coding by idiots at jeep, these asshats couldn't find their way out of a wet paper bag, they have been working to fix mine software issue for months now, so they say!!
