It's a Jeep thing, Jeep's aren't supposed to have perfect touch screen displays anyway, get over it.


No but seriously that is something I haven't seen posted before. FCA should warranty that repair for you no doubt, nice work grabbing a pic in case it resolves (or just just goes into remission...)

The 8.4 radio has been known to hiccup in various ways. I would take that screen display hiccup for what it was.... a mere, passing hiccup that most likely you will never have happen again. If you do see it again, it will be a rare sighting.

Of course, if the issue was to be common place then get the radio replaced under warranty..
