Hi,

I have a 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4XE (it's from Europe so I may have been fobbed off with a 2024 model) but it has the 12" display and wireless CarPlay.

Is there an icon on the screen or any other visual indication that I'm connected by USB or wirelessly using CarPlay. I ask because sometimes I connect the cable but it still remains in wireless CarPlay mode. I can vaguely tell sometimes because the sound quality isn't so good and the phone doesn't charge as fast. (I did try phoning Jeep support but they thought this model didn't come with wireless CarPlay. 🙄) Should it just seamlessly switch between wired and cable even though a song is playing?

Last Question is.. how does the Jeep detect drowsiness? Is it from my steering input

movements, a camera or something like lidar scanning my face?

Thank you

N.B Actually, I managed to work out how to tell if you are connected by wire or wirelessly using CarPlay. Connected wirelessly you can see the battery level on your phone and by wire you cannot.
