For the record, if you end up in a situation where the AC isn't coming on because of a software update, try hitting "max a/c". That should turn AC on.

Does your Wrangler actually have a "max a/c? button? Mine (8.4") doesn't.

But in all seriousness it is a selection in the climate control screen on the 8.4, not a physical button

This is possible. I don't know I haven't owned a vehicle with out A/C since Bill Clinton was President.

Understood, but this thing sometimes blows chunks and forgets that it has air conditioning. The only "fix" that I'm aware of is to wait about a day.

Nope, you are right. The max ac button is on the screen. That would work for me but only for that.
