Any way to get a little turbo whine out of the engine? As in increase it.

Not sure if the turbo has a silencer ring on it. If it does, you will not get much turbo sound on it until it is removed which may be more work than it is worth. Other solution is to get an intake. You won't hear a turbo whistle, but you will hear all the air the turbo is sucking in.
