I agree. For a JLU Rubicon with 37s, anything over 3" of lift is just added center of gravity, added body roll on corners, and added pinch to the driveshaft angles. Not to mention that it starts to look like a roller skate with all of the extra gap between the fender and tire.

Many good replies here but I may suggest 3.5” unless you have a specific need for that height. LCG is always a benefit IMO. 3.5 would be plenty of lift for 37s, if you ever decide to go larger then consider gutting flares to gain a little more room. This is just a suggestion and my opinion. Here is pic of 37s with a mopar 2” lift with 1/2” spacer in front for reference.
