How hard can it be for Mopar to come out with the rear cargo liner AND the production gap hider for cloth seats. I'd like to stay with the same Mopar liner design throughout...

Does the Mopar Rear Cargo Liner not fit cloth seats? It includes the gap liner but some early orders were sent without it according to some earlier posts in this thread.

Based on this link (https://www.quadratec.com/p/mopar/cargo-tray-jeep-wrangler-jl) it says it only fits JLs with leather seats and the production gap hider (Part G) in the install instructions. I'd like to know if someone with the cloth seats recently ordered this and got the production gap hider

Until an aftermarket cargo mat becomes available, I went to Home Depot and bought a 36x39 inch section of carpet runner for $15. The kind I bought is automotive grade black carpet with rubber underside. Carpet runner comes as 36 inch wide already, so it fits, then just make it 39 inch long and it will fit perfectly. This will do, (and it really doesn't look bad at all) until some manufacturer determines there is a need for a slush mat for the rear. It would also be great if this future mat had some removable plugs for the cargo tie downs.

Not a slush mat but the canvasback rear cargo mat is really nice. Cargo tie downs available and cut to allow you to get to the bin area. A little pricey but worth it.....

I just ordered a Canvasback cargo cover. I like the look of it, hopefully it doesn't disappoint. I'll report back when I've installed it.

It's pricey, but I'm a sucker for well made custom built gear.

Give it a little time. At a minimum, Weathertech should come out with something fairly quick
I've had my special order Rubi since middle of Feb, still looking for a cargo mat and getting super impatient~!

Ordered tonight as well. I was waiting for the Mopar trunk liner but with the cloth seats I'd have to buy the production gap hider and the trunk liner so I think the costs are similar. I like the ease of installation with the velcro backing and based on a couple YouTube videos the cargo liners seem extremely durable and fit nicely. They are also custom cut to incorporate the D-Rings and the Subwoofer so I figured it would be a wise investment for one of the most used area of the vehicle :jk:

I think it would be very easy to flip it over, make the measurements, use a round marker, and cut holes using scissors/sharp knife/exacto knife. Until I can get the trail rail management system in my Rubicon, this $15 solution is something I can live with until aftermarket vendors or Jeep steps up their game.

I emailed FCA customer support about the existence of a cargo liner for JLs with cloth seats and got this email in response:

"Thanks for your patience while I checked into this for you.

The part number for the cargo area liner that works with cloth seats is
82215656AB.

If you have any other parts & accessories related questions, let
me know and I'll try to answer them for you."

I tried looking online for it but couldn't find any pictures or reputable websites selling it
