Transmission servicing

I have a 2020 JLUR 3.6L with 8 speed automatic with 21K miles on it.

I read the owners manual but couldn't find anything on when to service the automatic transmission.

What is the recommended mileage to change the tranny fluid and transfer case fluid?

At delivery, I was advised that the fluid in my JLU's 850RE transmission has a [so-called] lifetime service rating. In normal use, it should not require changing. These assertions were backed up by relevant text in the Owner's Manual.

The foregoing isn't my preference, but...there it is.
