You can replace rear track bar and a beefier sway bar, but it won’t be as drastic of a difference as the front was… if you were on a lift then the rear components would have more of an affect. I personally would let them wear out first…. don’t worry it won’t be long…. ?

I'm just finishing up my overland-style build and put in a JKS rear track bar and the stiffer version of the AntiRock rear sway bar. I had originally planned to use a Hellwig rear sway bar and now can't seem to give it away on Craigslist.
With the Jeep unloaded and on the stiffest sway bar setting it felt pretty good with zero body roll, but I did just change to the softer sway bar setting looking for better articulation. Once I load all the gear I'll start dialing-in shock adjustments and see how the swaybar acts.

is antirock the version that the bar slides into the frame ? why would one go with the antirock and not the hellwig ?

That's correct about the AntiRock going through the frame and it's also the reason I used it over the Hellwig. Between that and relocating the muffler it opened up room to expand the rear cargo tub:

Very nice work in the cargo area, also what is the benefit of using antirock vs hellwig? the engineering side of it , i guess im curious to find out, as it goes through the frame and then it has a sway bar on the bottom of the arms ? it beefs up the rear and im sure
is the antirock for offroad use only ? or the purpose of offroading ? or will it also make a drastic change in city/highway driving , instead of the Hellwig?
should one also use the rear track bar in addition ?

Now for me, i come from a drag racing background, so i always upgrade suspension and motor,
and im sure Jeep and off-roading is a different world and im using it mainly for everyday use
