TPMS and tire advice

Hello, has anyone bought a complete wheel, tire and TPMS set from Discount tire?
I am about to pull the trigger on mine and had a question.
The TPMS sensors they sell, are they plug and play? if I get the set, will the TPMS sensors sync to the JL flawlessly? or will I need to have them programmed?
I am getting ATX Ravines in the grey for my Punk'N, I love the look, the offset +10 and the price.
Tires...I had Ko2s on my XJ and they never let me down in any condition and may be getting a set from a Rubicon to save money.
In the event it falls through, I was looking at Nitto Ridge Grapplers, Falken Wildpeaks or another AT tire, or should I just get Ko2s since I know they are great, looks wise I like the nittos the best, and heard they are pretty quiet.
I like the nittos for the nice side lugs too, tread pattern looks good, but not as much sipping at the Ko2s
so between the Ko2(which I know are awesome in every condition) the ridge grapplers or the wildpeaks, which are best for all season DD and trails, they will see snow, the Ko2s took a 2 ft snow storm like a boss in my XJ

I have read about a tpms sensor that mates to the JL without doing anything, I forget the brand, but it is same as OEM.
I will be going up to 285/70/17 so I will either buy a tazer, or have my dealer update the tire size, they said $135 to do it, which isn't bad compared to some prices I have seen here.

If the TPMS sensors from Discount tire don't mate up automatically, I will just get the wheels from them, the TPMS sensors that do, and tires somewhere else.

Tires and wheels is something I overthink to the point of insanity as you might gather from this insane post

Some like me have had trouble but I think it has to more the the higher negative offset of the wheel along with how the sensor is in the wheel, Discount tire will make it right, they are great to deal with

I have the ATX Ravines in the 17x8.5 +10 offset on 295/70/17 Milestar Patagonias, real nice fit and the quality of the wheels seems to be very good. I got some ebay TPMS sensors, and they didn't work w/ the Jeep TPMS system. I wish I just went with regular valve stems on those. I use the stock smaller (245/75/17) tires and stock wheels for long road trips (over 1k miles round trip) so the TPMS in those is more important, I can keep an eye on the pressures for my new setup as I use these for around town and off roading.

If I were to get TPMS sensors at a later date I think I'd get Mopar factory TPMS parts.

I'd look at the Milestars too while you're getting your order together, been very impressed w/ mine.

It's just the tpms sensors, I could have them pulled off the stock wheels but probably close in price to just getting new ones.
In a perfect world my wheels, tires with tpms get to my door, I put them on and go to get tire size changed
Does a tazer reprogram your tpms sensors?
If dealer needs to both I may just get a tazer

Many on here, including myself, have bought aftermarket TPMS and they work without any changes needed. A short drive distance and they should all be picked up by the system. You would need a Tazer, Flashcal, or dealer to reprogram the tire size.

These from Northridge. I got them along with wheels and tires with a pretty good discount. Didn’t want to have to deal with swapping over the ones from my stock wheelset. I know some other people have had luck with some from eBay and Amazon but I don’t have the links handy. The ones from eBay were really inexpensive but I’m sure it’s a bit of a gamble.

I ordered a wheel and tire package from National Tire and Wheel for the wife’s JLU. I had them add TPMS sensors.
I literally bolted them on and started driving. Jeep picked them right up.
We are running the Falken Wikdpeak AT and so far, really happy with them.
I’m running Ridge Grapplers on my F250 and like those as well. They are similar in noise actually. The Falkens ride a bit smoother though. The Nittos have a weird noise between 62-67mph. Not a tire shake per say or a road noise. Sort of like a bad ujoint noise. I know that’s not it. Truck has 8,000 miles and had zero noise before wheel and tire swap. My last set of nittos were G2’s on an Expedition and they had the same weird noise but between 42-50 mph.
