I have taken my jeep in once before for a death wobble issue, they couldn't find any issue and threw the typical band aid at it ... a stabilizer. It helped a little bit but it didn't solve the issue. I made a new appointment with the service center for next week and I want them to replace the drag link and track bar with new "stronger" versions they have released. (https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...o-help-cure-steering-issues-68394087aa.25299/)

They are going to make me take the tech for a drive and find the biggest pothole I can to prove the wobble occurs. Any tips or tricks y'all have up your sleeves to make sure that they don't try and throw some B.S. at me and not put on the new parts?

I dont think "the devil" would help, would he?
I guess there's no point in trying to help if your satisfied with being called the devil.

When people insult you/your profession your first instinct is to help them?
If your profession or industry continuously gets a bad rap by the majority wouldn't you want to try and change that? Even if it is for one person? Or maybe I'm the only one.

Being a police officer is a profession that has a bad rep by a lot of people. In my opinion that says more about how unreasonable people are and the lack of accountability many have. I'm not saying there's not sleazy dealerships out there, but it's much better than it used to be. More importantly, probably some where around 90% of the negative stigma with dealerships is from people blaming them for their own mistakes. Nobody ever forced a customer to pay MSRP, or for a high interest loan, or for an overpriced warranty, etc.

More on topic if somebody is going into the dealership with the mentality "they're the devil" it'll most likely be a self fulfilling prophecy. Treat people with respect and it's almost always returned.

THIS!!!!!

My dealer is fantastic. From sales, through finance, parts and service. I treat them with respect and they return it. They have bent over backwards to help me. I would never hesitate to call them for advice or help.

But if I went in with an attitude I would expect that attitude to be returned. "Treat others as you would have them treat you."
