As for the charging system, the Tazer isn’t killing batteries or loading charging systems. Before firmware 11.0.8 it did have an issue with proximity try vehicles and battery drain, which had been corrected. Parasitic draw has been greatly reduced to a negligible level as well.
Staring at voltage readings will just drive you nuts. It’s completely normal for voltage to hang in the 14v range at times and to drop to 12 at times.

Can’t really compare to a Flashcal as that can’t be left plugged in anyway.
Question about a different subject, have you tested your product on Export Models of the JL? Export Rubicons are very different than US-Spec Rubicons.

I've asked this question many times and no one ever answered.
I have the Tazer mini on my U.K./export spec JLUR and it works perfectly
