It's been back burnered for too long, but I'm about to head off to the land of legal offroading, so I finally trimmed the rear pinch seems. Well, actually my brother did the job. He's always been on the cutting and welding end of fabrication, whereas I've always handled the machining portions of the job at hand.

I just have to prime and paint the cut ends, and reattach the rear most dzus connector sockets for the AAL liners. Their mounting plates were cut to match the new radius of the seems.

Couple pics of before, during, and after...

Oh yeah, I'm now at 4" of bumpstop spacers front and rear, and had to chop the corner of the 48v battery skid to clear the JE Reel 1350 ujoint. It was hitting and I didn't like how much articulation was being hindered. Gas tank skid has plenty of clearance when stuffing passenger rear. The Antirocks definitely limit articulation when only lifting one wheel on level ground, but I'll soon be finding out how they fare when flexing through the real deal. Heading to Tennessee next Wednesday on a scouting mission, and will be at the Jeep Invasion and Windrock about a week later.

Cheers, all!

Not sure what that stands for, but I promise to not mention my junk anymore, well at least after now. 😆 Just Jeeps from here on out.
