what are folks doing with the bumper on the sports? a stubby will not look good with stock wheels? are there any decent light hoops that work with the stock bumper?

Tossed my sport bumper in the trash when I upgraded.. It's probably worth $30.

I think a Stubby looks great and it will cut back on some of the added weight and sag that a full sized steel bumper will add.

Here is my Warn Elite Stubby

Short time member, first time poster... I figured I'd use the Sport S thread to post in...

Traded the wife's 2013 JK Sport 2 door for a JL 4 door 2 weeks ago... today I added the RC spacer lift and 35's on 20x10 Fuel Hardlines...

Anyway, Hi!

The rough county spacers have 12mm studs instead of the factory 14mm just FYI

If you mean wheel spacers, you're correct, I don't have wheel spacers on the jeep... it has an RC spacer lift, not wheel spacers...

2018 Sport S JLU, I've only added interior lighting and painted wheels/grill so far but I'm looking to
1. Upgrade the audio system
2. 2.5-3 inch lift
3. Get some rock rails
4. Tuffy cargo enclosure
5. Sunrider Soft top

If anyone has recommendations for audio and lift kits I'd appreciate the input!

Sport S here

Lift, Wheels, and Tires so far.

Other minor upgrades are front window tint, mopar handles, floor mats, door sill protectors, and debadged the sides (haven't taken pictures since then).

Big change. Just remove the wrangler sport stickers and will be perfect.

In hindsight I should have went with the version that has the grille guard tube but I have contacted Warn and they said an add on guard guard tube for my bumper will be available at some point. I tried searching for a bolt on alternative but haven't found anything yet so I'll just wait on Warn to release it..

It' a similar build to what I'm planning to do, I saw up the thread you leveled the front with I believe 3/4 inch spacers did it take that much to bring the front back level? I was debating on ordering 1/2 inch, mines a 2dr not sure how that going to affect any sag.

I only lost about 1/8" after adding the bumper and winch. Adding the leveling kit made up for that loss and also raised the front up a bit more to reduce the standard Jeep rake.

In this post I added measurements and photos from before the leveling kit and after..

I'll remember that thanks for the info, looks good what you've done, I've got a garage full of parts but so far no jeep arrived yet to do anything with them lol hopefully it will arrive here next week.

Actually, that has been done since that post. All badges were removed. Thanks for the statement as it affirms the decisions made thus-far.

I am like the stubby bumpers but am concerned there is not enough metal there as a buffer if I hit something(like a deer). I want something that will launch the deer between the goal posts.
