I copied this then added a few touches

Didn’t cut any metal just plastic. Mounted to frame where the bumper mounts.

Pretty dang risky and a lot of work but extremely happy with results. Picked up a standard powder coated grill guard for $70 and mounted to the frame. Wrapped the cut edges of the bumper with auto door edging.

How out of level is the Sahara? I see some Jeeps that are stock and look level while others appear to have the front carrying two engines

would it just be completely stupid and possibly not even possible to mount the 2’’ pipe winch/grill gaurd on that is designed to go on the factory steel bumper on the factory plastic bumper?

The rough county spacers have 12mm studs instead of the factory 14mm just FYI

So I see rough country is offering a 3/4’ Coil spring spacer. Does this just level it? Is it something worth doing? I have a JLUS with 33’s. Would I just put them on the front? How “un level is the Jeep?It’s my daily driver for the most part.
