Mine has been in JB for almost two weeks now. My Rubicon upgrades auto, LED, Tow, Info, Dual Top, Floor Matts. It has to be the LED's shortage the reason for the hold up.

Mine has been in JB for almost two weeks now. My Rubicon upgrades LED, Tow, Info, Dual Top, Floor Matts. It has to be the LED's shortage the reason for the hold up.
I didn't have LED's.

My build was just a JLUR, black hard top, tow/info, and mats. That's it.

My last chat a couple days ago she said check back in a week or two! What! If she said that maybe they know they can’t get the part for that long. I hope I’m reading into it.

That is disturbing. Either that or they are slammed with too many people inquiring but I never had to wait long to connect and only had a couple ocasions 1 in the que infront of me. You know you think if they had a system where you can just put your von or vin in and just check for ourselves that they probably could lay a few people off I am not saying that is a good thing but most Businesses especially big corporations are always trying to save a buck. It seems to be a reflection of a little of the dysfunction of how they are doing things perhaps.

Ok all - I just got the REAL story (I think). I called the Jeep customer care and was routed to someone who had me on hold for a while but finally gave me the answer. Why are our Jeeps on hold? It was literally exactly what I thought it was...

THE DUAL (SOFT) TOP!!!

She said it is on a material restriction and not due in until at least 12 MAR!!!

Time to talk to the dealer about modifying / changing my order. Yikes.

Can you modify it this late? I thought once it went to D Status you could no longer make modifications.

Have you put down a deposit? I have put down a deposit

Can you modify it this late? I thought once it went to D Status you could no longer make modifications.
I can probably submit a new order FASTER than modifying the old one. That may be the fix, as they can easily sell my original order once it finally does ship.

Mine went to KZ status today. Less than a week in JB status but the scheduled delivery date is 3-15 to 3-19. Almost a month to go 700 miles?

I ordered a White Rubi with dual tops, LED, tow, infotainment, cold weather, with proximity entry. Hoping it's not the dual tops holding them up, only been in JB since 2/15. Estimated ship date on my POC is 2/19. If I'm still in JB when Sting Gray comes out I'm canceling my order and reordering.

Well, I guess I’ll wait to see if it is finished on Wednesday. That was the proposed finish date given to my by Jeep Customer Care.
