Its actual the secret to Death Wobble. Everyone though you needed to replace the steering box or track bar or re-flash software. Or change your tire pressure or de-gremlin the steering system or change out the steering stabilizer. Nope. Just fiddle the left dial and all the steering issues disappear. The side benefit of the dial is it will also increase your MPG by at least 5-7MPG. Thats how all those folks who are getting +20MPG can get that.

Yes, I RTFM and did a search here. No dice. I understand the dial on the right. It dims my instrument panel and turns on my dome lights. I've played with the one on the left, daytime and nighttime, lights on and off, and just don't see any result from dialing it up or down. So, what is it? Thanks in advance.

I don't think Sport models have those lights. You'd notice if you did, you can see your feet at night for whatever reason you'd need to .
It's for when you drop your beer at night, you can see it to pick it back up, right?

Why do you think the rest of us paid $10,000 more for our models? We have to get something for our money. If you want all the whistles and bells the cost of entry is $10,000.
You paid $10k so you can see your feet at night? The opulence!

If you've ever dropped a little foil envelope at a moment when you needed it, you'll know the value of the footwell lights.

Hey, that's a picture of my brother and his wife. He's the really rich one in our family.

Thank you. I already have tremendously low self esteem, and that might have put me over the edge.

Tell him I want my damn giraffe back. I dropped in the floorboard a week ago and couldn’t find it since I didn’t buy the extra bells and whistles.

When you are out in the open, it is to make sure there is no critter coiled up between the pedals.
