At approximately 4:58 mark the front dipped in pretty deep. I was worried the water would go into the air intake.

The water wasn't even up to the bumper.

If you're looking for an excuse to buy a snorkel, then get one. But don't get one to ford water, as you need a lot more than just a snorkel to ford deep water. Everything else, like fuse box, ignition system and all other under hood electronics need to be waterproofed.

Snorkels are the best cold/clean air intakes, and that's why I have one.
