Tazer front camera wont work after battery install

I've had the tazer front camera for several years and its worked flawlessly. I've married and unmarried tazer multiple times in past for dealer appointments with no issues. Recently, jeep was at dealer and battery was replaced. Front camera screen is now blue/nonfunctional. There is the front camera icon on the 8.4 screen as usual. Rear camera works fine. I've unmarried and married now 3 times but each is the same result. I've already talked with zautomotive and they did trouble shooting with me to no avail.

Any thoughts?
Fried the camera with battery install?
What should I try?
