I'm looking at potentially buying a tailgate table (fishbone)

Only one question: Do they rattle? I realize this may depend on and vary by manufacturer.

I got this exact Fishbone table in July and it does not rattle at all for me.

It is very solid, good finish, and much heavier than expected. I chose this table because the cup holders weren't just big holes and can actually be used for cans and bottles.

Recommend having a buddy or some way to hold it up during installation as you have to line it up and get spacers behind the holes and then screw it in. Instructions were very accurate and helpful with where to drill a hole in the plastic on the tailgate.

i bought the Mopar version, which is the same as the Hooke road and some other amazon ebay versions, without the Jeep cutout logo, what i did was this

bought heavy gauge galvanized cable, drilled out the pre installed rivets , crimped the ends and installed ss hex bolt n nuts, now it can hold 80+ lbs, , but then i love doing my own fabs lol

I have the Goose gear table on my wrangler and the Trailgaitor on my wife’s. The goose gear table looks really nice with the hinge system but don’t like you can’t pull the cutting board all the way out for cleaning. Out of the two of these I recommend the Trailgator. Neither of them rattle.

I picked up this exact table at the Smokey Mountain Jeep Invasion. The table itself doesn't rattle, but the cutting board does rattle a bit. I need to add a wedge or something to keep the cutting board in place. Removing the cutting board, no rattles.
