Wow! I'm so glad I finally found people talking about this! I have Falcon Sp2 E-Adjust shocks, Teraflex 2.5" springs, and they work well, but I have a light build and use mine as a daily driver and for weekend trail runs. This confirms my research about switching to Synergy and replacing Teraflex with Metal Cloak. Thanks a ton! There's no way I could run those Metal Cloak springs on my light build!

So with my Rubicon X, I THINK I will eventually go with the 2" Synergy coils. I mean- I'll go 3 if I get new axles and all that. If not, 2" is fine and keeps my height the same as stock. I'll throw on the FOX 2.0 IFP shocks on Friday. Let's see if that improves the ride on and off road. I think Synergy and Rock Krawler springs are among the softest and the best for lighter Jeeps. When I see Jeeps with heavy bumpers, slider, full armor underneath and 37"+ tires, they should definitely go with heavier springs. I think light vehicles do much better offroad so I keep my Jeep light.

my friend @WILDHOBO has the rock krawler springs and loves them. He went with taller 4.5” but he’s also weighted down.
All in all I think a lighter build RK and Synergy take the cake.

Plus, the Rock Krawler guys- Jeremy and crew are the nicest guys. I like supporting good people.

Actually, the reason I went to 4.5 in the front, was to make sure I would have clearance for a flipped drag link. In the rear, I have 6.5 inch HD Evo springs I’m happy with both.

0.5" TF spacer up front (so 2" lift total). Synergy 2" springs rear (was like 2.25"lift) with 0.5" TF spacer (2.75" lift). Fox 2.0 IFP shocks. I wanted the rear a little higher without it looking like it was butt high. I tow a bit, and wanted a little stiffer springs in the rear so it would level out when a trailer was attached (not sag), but ride nice the rest of the time.

I also added this to the rear suspension:

Unloaded there's a 3/4" gap, when towing it's making contact. I like it.

For reference—I went ahead and installed the 3” Synergy coils. Love them. These are on the Baja boss 255 85 17 pizza cutter 35s

Awesome! I have used a lot of diff coils and shocks and the Synergy coils are absolutely my favorite. Just slightly stiffer than stock and very comfy...never unseated or drooped.
