While installing my Synergy draglink
I managed to screw up the castle nut on the side that goes to my pitman arm

does anyone know what size and where I can find some alternative until I can get some actual synergy replacement parts

I believe the synergy tie rod ends are GM 1 tons. may be able to get them from a auto parts store.
Id take it to the auto part store to check.

The drag link ends are 1-14 left hand thread. It should be easy enough to find those in a hardware store.

4162-LHD Tie Rod End, Left Hand Thread for JL Drag Link (Single Plane)1-14 Left Hand
4163-LHD Tie Rod End, Left Hand Thread for JL Drag Link and Tie Rod1-14 Left Hand

The one that goes to the pitman arm
Torque it to 55Ft lb, and was never able to align the hole to put the cotter pin thru.
Kept tightening it , didnt work, and it just got to the point where the thread was screwed up

Wow, I want your hardware stores. A true fastener house would likely have basic nuts (but almost surely not castle-ated), but a left hand 1" anything wouldn't be found at an Ace Hardware, etc around here.

OP, if you can source a graded nut in the thread you need a machinist can add the windows relatively easily with a collet block in a mill.

According to RA listings an '80 Chevy K30 uses 1-18
