I just sold my 2 door Sport S and got a 4 door Sahara. I take my doors off every chance I get but am unable to keep in a garage so can't leave them off. Thus, I take them off for a day, or maybe 2, at time. My Sport S 2 door's hinge nuts were easier to remove and reinstall. I don't remember them ever being this "tight" when trying to install/remove even when they were brand new. My 2024 4 door Sahara has a few that are a real pain. So, the question being, is there a real need to keep putting them back on during the summer months when I'm taking them off and putting them back on? What do you all do? I'm also wondering if I should ask the dealership about them, as I just got the jeep on Wednesday and I really don't remember by other Jeep being so difficult to remove and reinstall.
