I just sold my 2 door Sport S and got a 4 door Sahara. I take my doors off every chance I get but am unable to keep in a garage so can't leave them off. Thus, I take them off for a day, or maybe 2, at time. My Sport S 2 door's hinge nuts were easier to remove and reinstall. I don't remember them ever being this "tight" when trying to install/remove even when they were brand new. My 2024 4 door Sahara has a few that are a real pain. So, the question being, is there a real need to keep putting them back on during the summer months when I'm taking them off and putting them back on? What do you all do? I'm also wondering if I should ask the dealership about them, as I just got the jeep on Wednesday and I really don't remember by other Jeep being so difficult to remove and reinstall.

Leave the nuts off. And if you want to make it easier to put them back, grab some alignment pins like these: https://www.quadratec.com/p/kentrol/door-alignment-pins-jeep-wrangler-jl
Ditto. I am in the same boat as the OP, and I put pins in a few years ago. Makes it much easier. I ended up losing one, so when I replaced it I used some blue loctite. I actually like the look of the stainless steel pins peeking out through the hinge, just be aware that they are visible.
