Really like my JKS ones. Had them installed for about 12,000 miles. Numerous wheeling trips. Parts still work and look great.
Beyond disappointed with mine. Going to be calling them today to see about a refund. I torqued all bolts per spec and from day one the top balls rotate on the bolts instead of the link rotating on the balls. Now the balls are starting to deform even more.
Looking for another brand that is adjustable since my sway bar is slightly tweaked and that I don't need to cut the tab off although I'm willing to cut the tab on the new axles if the link is of good quality.
I have the JKS on my LJ and they work perfect so I don't get it.

I wish I could reach though the monitor and turn the lower arm 180. Is it supposed to be installed that way?
Agreed, that thing is pitched pretty hard. JKS uses the same type of setup but they have about a 1/2" bushing on that bottom post to move the link so it is more vertical.

Did you grease them when you first installed them?

Yes, then I greased them some more, then a week later more, then carried a grease gun on our trip to Moab and greased them, then I greased them when we got home. Then I bought more grease and greased them after that I greased them again. After 5 months I have probably done 2 years of grease jobs on them. Did I mention I greased them.
The grease goes in hard into the upper balls. My suspicion is that torquing to 65 ft/lbs is too much and it has permanently ruined the upper balls. Lower ones are fine.

I just recently installed the JKS and I'd say the only thing similar is they are quick disconnects. Looks like Synergy is using a ball and socket joint on top and a bushing on bottom. The JKS uses bushings for both with a straight connection. I think the Synergy setup has the dogleg so you don' need the spacer - they just have the lower leg orientated 180 off by accident. Turn it and the bottom bushing and the links would all line up vertically just fine.

Ahhh now I see what you mean and I agree. Synergy @AllJumpStyle if you had these available today I would buy them.

One of them has already been replaced and its the same issue. What did you torque yours to?
The first time i torqued them to 65ft lbs. When i did my axle swap i just made them tight. (no torque wrench just by feel)

Just got off the phone with Adam @Rock Krawler Suspension , looks like that's the way I'm going with the new axles. They have a new link coming out that will fit any axle with no axle modification.

That picture is on a vehicle lift, the axle is at full droop and shifted towards the driver side. The link will be shifted the other way at full bump and sit about centered at ride height.

I’m still learning Jeep here I guess. I go to look up quick disconnects for RK and Synergy and only find rear links. For some reason I thought I was looking for front but I do recall some reading about moving (stock?) rears to the fronts? I think I’m confused here. I’d think you’d disconnect all 4 or am I off on that?

Some of the lift kits will recycle the rear links to the front and then supply new longer rear links. This works because the rear links are longer than the front ones and when you lift you obviously need longer ones up front.
In this case you are dealing with standard links and not disconnects.

When you off road you want to disconnect the front ones, not the rear. We have the JKS disconnects for the front and I don't recommend them. For starters you need to cut the tab off of the front axle on the passenger side and on top of that I was unimpressed with them which surprised me since I loved them on my LJ. Their ball and socket design on the JL is REALLY tight.
@Rock Krawler Suspension is making a set for the JL, they have a prototype and should be moving to production any day now. Personally I am waiting on these since they will require no cutting of the tab AND they are fully removable, they don't just swing up out of the way. That means no screwing around with muddy sway bar links when trying to reconnect. Synergy also makes a set that you do not have to cut the tab off.

Our front sway bar links with disconnects are currently in production but not released yet. Here are a couple pictures of prototypes. They also include brackets mounted to the frame that the sway bar links can be connected to when disconnected from the axle and the bushing is a ball in cup style that makes them very easy to connect and disconnect.
