I know I saw someone post asking how to get the defroster/defogger to go full power like it does with remote start. It was part of a thread on a different topic, and I can't find it now. (Tried a lot of search terms.)
I thought about it recently while in my Jeep, and with these settings (and any cabin temperature) the blower seems to run just as intensely as it does with a remote start.

(Fwiw, it was not as obvious as this pic probably makes it seem)

Does it seem any different than just pressing the physical front defrost button?

Any time I do that it seems to go full blast and clears a fogging window in a few seconds. Usually only need to do that cause I mostly stay in 'auto' mode with A/C off and recirc on.

Yes! It seems to be significantly more than just pressing the button. Could just be my imagination, of course. But (going by "sound to my ears" level) it was much more forceful.
I think with the defrost button, some air is still being redirected to the normal vents.

I'll have to try it out. If so, switching to the defrost button and then cranking the blower dial all the way should have an increase in noise, though I can't remember if moving the blower resets it back to it's manual default (split defrost and lower, which is definitely quieter that using the defrost button imo).

Awkward formatting, and rather boring But I was also bored, so here you go. ?
(None of these are while driving, obviously.)

Tried it out this morning and just pressing the front defrost button on its own isn't enough to match the remote start blower level (though I think under certain conditions while in 'auto mode' it might).

Didn't mess with any of the touchscreen stuff at all, but just pressing the front defrost button and then quickly swiping the center blower dial to the right creates a max defrost blower level exactly like it sounds/feels on remote start.

This, plus the fact that on really cold sub-32F days remote start will always kick on the rear defroster, even if there's no snow/ice there to melt.

I turn both off asap if unneeded and just let the 'auto' mode slowly warm things up indirectly.

The heated mirrors turn on, too, which is usually unnecessary. (I think they're linked to the rear defroster, though?)

For some reason I always forget that the side mirrors are heated. Though I'm not 100% sure why that's ever necessary, since they don't seem to get icy/snowy or fogged up (and don't recall that ever being a problem with any other vehicle I've owned).

However, I do need an automatic side mirror washer. Mine always get water spots that layer up and become permanent if not regularly cleaned, which was a problem on my last vehicle as well. Maybe they just need to redesign them with an extended spoiler/splashguard at the top and outer side?

A rear cam cleaner would be cool, too. The one on the trail cam is useful, albeit more of an amusing novelty for me.

The use of the remote start super defroster is of minimal use because if you use remote start is because the jeep is cold and a cold engine do not produce heat for the blowers therefore waste of energy most of the time. Heated seats is a other story IMO
