Yes. I’ll screenshot the conversation, but their warranty department claims that the piece should be tucked, as shown in their install video for the 2024. Problem is that the install video for the 2024 shows a 2023, and the piece isn’t tucked, but looks smashed under the rail.

Still doesn’t look, or feel, correct. I took mine off the Jeep but will play around with it over the weekend.

100 agree. Also the video and timestamp they reference is still not a 2024 as evidence by the antenna (see arrow). What a mess!

I ordered my Sunrider this summer and the left front corner was cosmetically not right. Bestop advised waiting two weeks to see if the warmer temperatures would correct the issue. Two weeks later we received a new perfect top. My customer service was excellent with them.

They said originally they were going to order a rail for the Sunrider. When they called after I dropped off the Jeep they said the wrong parts came in . The next thing I know dealer calls said Jeep sending me a new top.

Did you get the replacement top installed? Wondering how the replacement fit?

I haven't heard from the dealer yet still waiting . The service manager told me Jeep doesn't move to fast. I'm going to call them this week to see how it's going.

Is that the Mopar one that fits the 24 for sure or the one that’s gonna cause an issue with the flaps because that’s the boat I’m in. I ordered mine from BAM and apparently it’s not for the 24 so now I’m stuck.

I don't know why there so slow its been like this since I told them of the problem months ago .

Its is the Mopar one on order. I have the same problem folding the flaps over on my 23.

I wasn't aware that they are showing another model for the 2024. Everywhere, including MOPAR, just show 2018 - current for the JL's.

Me either, but the current one doesn’t fit the new door seal/flap piece.
