OK - For a little background. Preparing for a short vacation a couple weeks back I ended up having the aux battery replaced due to an error light on the dash. Departed Indiana for Colorado Springs via Kansas City. Because of the variable weather (cold, rain, warm...) I was adjusting the air between defog, vent, and A/C. As I approached KC the blend would not allow the A/C air through the vents. In fact it appeared the air was not flowing in any mode. I tried several times to adjust the blend without any success. With the fan at max I could feel a small amount of air flow. I figured the blend door actuator went bad. After reaching my KC stop the next morning everything was back to normal. The rest of the trip had no problems. Anyone experience this?

Blend doors cannot stop air flow, only redirect it. Either you couldn’t tell where the air was actually blowing, or you have a dozen napkins clogging the air intake behind the glovebox.
