I am having a noise coming from the Glove box area that is a sound reminiscent of the blend door going bad. I have replaced the one that is directly behind the glove box, however, I am still having the same noise coming from somewhere else, sounds like it is directly behind the climate control panel. I have disconnected the blend door that is to the left of the glove box to see if the noise is coming from that actuator, and the noise is still present. Is there any other actuators that I should be looking at. There seems to be one directly behind the ducts (to the left of the glove box) but I cannot seem to get a good look at it because the ducts are in the way. Any ideas?

There are three actuators. The one on the driver's side, controls the temperature settings. The one just to the left of the glove box, controls the duct work as to where the air will be blowing out of. The one behind the glove box, is the blend door for outside air intake, inside air intake for re-circulate. These actuators are all a pain in the ass to change. The middle one just to the left of the glove box is the easiest to change.

Found out there are actually 4 actuators. 3 on the passenger side and I guess one on the driver side. The one I needed replaced was hidden by the duct on the passenger side. Easy to replace if you have small hands lol. I found this video that was very helpful.
