I just lay mine on a picnic table in my garage from april-november. Have done it 2 years now and no issues with anything.

I got this awesome thing yesterday on craiglist. Got lucky and got it for less than half retail. It is amazing.

We don't have a garage so when the top comes off, we place it on pallets (2 high) outside for the summer. Have been doing that for 12 years.

How do you all secure it from theft? Or do you not worry about it?
My top is in my house, you'd have to break in to steal it. So it can be stolen as much as anything inside my house can be stolen. In terms of the Jeep itself, I don't leave anything valuable inside it so it is only subjected to vandalism. So far so good.

I meant those who leave it outside. On picnic tables, or scaffolding (if not in a garage).
