Hi all, wanted to share my experience and hope this helps to anyone that experiences this in the future. My Jeep shut off on me last week on the street after getting an error message. I had it towed to San Jose Normandin Jeep dealership since I was 2 blocks away when it shut off!
First of all, worst dealership in the Bay Area. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
Service was horrible, I had to ask for the batteries to be load tested, and when they get results in they tell me that the batteries won’t be replaced under warranty (2yr, 24k miles) because I have aftermarket accessories wired to the battery ?….this is a Jeep not a Hyundai. So they wouldn’t help me unless I paid out of pocket, so I told them to fuck off and had my Jeep towed to Another Jeep. Thank god for AAA ?.
The other Jeep dealership is fixing the Jeep all under warranty!! Great dealership. I’ve heard bad things about Normandin, but finally experienced it. They won’t get a penny from me ever.
