Stock to Alpine upgraded audio

Hello all,

I apologize if this has been answered and if so please point me in the right direction, but I can't find an answer to my question.

I have a 2021 Sport S JL with a non-premium sound system and 7" head unit. I wanted to upgrade the sound system to the factory premium system. I found a complete factory system, all speakers, sub with enclosure, and amp. The premium package is out of a 2019, so the first question is would any of the speakers be the same as the two models and not need to be changed?

I also picked up the 8.4" head unit to install.

My next question is what do I need to install this system? Do jeeps come prewired for everything, i.e. is the sub wire already run and all I need to do is add it; The same question with the amp wiring, is it already there? Do I need to pick up a new audio wiring harness?

I guess what I need to know is what do I need for this project.

Thanks again for any input. Yes I know there are better options out there, but this is for my daughter's jeep and she wanted to upgrade without breaking the bank, and we found a great price on the takeout audio system.

The main connector on the back of the radio is the easy part. Hoping you have the code for the radio. There will be a plug from the radio to the amp and another from the amp out to the speakers. Amp sits behind the driver's side speaker pod. Not sure if the cable from the radio goes straight to the amp or not.

Thank you for the response. Just following up again. Is there a specific wiring harness I need? Also I keep seeing post about carpet and other trim pieces I need for the sub area. I thought that all I needed to do was pull the trim piece where the sub goes and replace it with the sub and trim piece.

There will be a cable from the HU to the amp. Also wiring from the amp to the sub. The carpet is different with the factory sub but your could probably be trimmed to fit.
