Sting-Gray Can Now Be Ordered!

I don't have a problem with blowing off steam and bitching about FCA. i have a problem with how it derails every thread.


But it's not my forum and it's not for me to say what people should and shouldn't post.

I will say this. Sting Gray/Grey is an EPIC color and I'm glad I waited to order it. I also appreciate your artwork and your content on the forum. No hard feelings man. Its going to be sick when we are driving these things around and people are going to ask, what color is that?! When I saw in on the Chargers/Challengers I was hoping it was the same color.

Couldn't agree more, but understanding the timeline I had for my order, I don't think its unreasonable to think a soft top should not be holding up an order. I have no need or place to store a hardtop. the house we bought last year is an old lake cottage that had been added on to be almost 3,000 sq/ft, but alas I have a tiny 1 car garage with no place for a hard top hoist.

I get it. There are people still waiting for Power Tops and colored hard tops too. It's frustrating. But we are grown ups and we understand we don't always get what we want when we want it.

My only point was that by the time they start building Sting-Gray the premium soft top may not be the hold up. It could be something else. Maybe a part we don't even see that affects builds in a way we cant predict. I would not try and outsmart the system. It will just lead to more frustration about whatever the next issue is.

Yes the one bitching and moaning because he’s caught having to pay for his life’s decisions.... or am I missing the bigger picture? Lol if your dealer really wanted to fix your issue they would go ahead and take the vehicle in on trade and assign a value and you could drop from your insurance. Get a cheap POS to replace boom problem fixed.... that is IF you had a cool working relationship with them to help you out. Seriously dude you got bigger issues than me or FCA and a soft top. Maybe if you conveyed the issue rather than bitch and moan some of us would be more understanding and brainstorm what could be done to help.

Yeah. He's got some f'n nerve not being totally obsessed 24/7 and calling/badgering his salesperson, GSM, Parts Dept. Manager, 3 guys in the garage and the driver of the food truck in the parking lot asking where the f'n f his Jeep that he ordered 10 minutes ago is. Well if I wasn’t obsessing a little bit, I wouldn’t be on the forum. It’s just that I have decent vehicles that I still like. It’s not like checking every couple of days will hurry anything. It will get here in due time. If I wasn’t willing to wait, there are plenty to choose from on the lots.
