Just seems like they are saying that they will sell you a paintable hard top if you bought your jeep with a soft top.... What am I missing? I can't find that accessory catalog to examine more.

Asked Jeep Chat when late available color tops would be available and they replied, “There is a part supply issue and at this time we do not have information on when the part will be available”

I will be ordering a Sting Gray Rubicon unlimited tomorrow as its the last day to secure 0% finance,I will order the black hardtop(which is $800 CDN cheaper than the body coloured hardtop) and if the coloured hardtop becomes open I will change it before it gets to D1 or if its too late I will get the black top sanded and painted as soon as it arrives,$800 should cover it at my friends body shop( I did have the black hartop of my 2009 Wrangler sanded and painted to match before it was a factory option and the body shop said it was a pig of a job to sand that texture!.. so we will see...
