My steering wheel is about 30* off center after offroading. It was a pretty basic bit of trail, but theres one point i got a hard bump backwards on the driver wheel When i hit a ledge.

All the steering components look fine, have the upgraded synergy tire rod, drag link, and track bar.

Thoughts on what might have happened?

You bumped it enough to have the track bar slide ever so slightly in the frame side of the bar. I noticed this after I removed the track bar to tighten my hydraulic ram mounting bolts. The bolt is just slightly smaller than the hole in the axle side mount and allows the axle to move just a wee bit. But mine wasn't off 30deg.

With the wheels straight, is your axle centered and does your alignment look to be good? You can verify that you are tow in 1/8th to 1/16. If alignment looks good, then go ahead and check your tie rod, track bar and drag link for any bends and verify everything is torqued to spec. A Jl we wheeled with had his track bar bolts come loose and his track bar shifted and his wheel was off as well. By the time he got home his track bar bolt had wallowed out the hole. If nothing is bent, check your ball joints. The last thing it could be is jumping a tooth on the steering shaft.
