They put a thread locker on there. You have to get the nut so damn hot....

Loosen the nut with a socket and extension, then heat it with a torch....a lot. I had to back the screw way out so the nut was away from the case/cover. Alternatively, you can try superglue solvent, which is nitromethane, to see if it disolves.

Do i need a special tool to remove the clamp on the intake hose? The one that connects to radiator. I tried and tried, seems like a tool is needed, at least for mine.
INTAKE hose, NOT Radiator hose. DO NOT disconnect the hose you are referring to. I'm referring to the one that goes from the air filter box to the intake. All the need is a 8mm socket or flat head screw driver to remove those clamps.
With all due respect you really need to know what you are doing messing with that gear box. Just watch the video and it should answer all your questions.

My entire air intake has to be removed to access the steering box area.
