Back story on the issue.

Got the steering TSB done a while back. It was good, but I truly didn't see the great increase in steering that some of you all had seen. But what I did get back was a steering noise, inside the cabin. Video uploaded.

I get the noise when low RPM’s and turning the wheel. When giving it gas, it goes away. Either way, it didn’t do this prior to the TSB. I’ve tried burping the system, lock to lock. Nothing has worked.

Any thoughts on what it could be?

Check your power steering fluid level, might be low.

I've check the fluid level, and it halfway between Min/Max line.

I've called the dealership I got the TSB performed at. Of course they want me to bring it in to see if the update was complete. :headbang:

Did you ever get a solution to this problem cause this is exsactly what mine is doing I believe and I’m taking it back to dealership for 4th time tomorrow after they replaced steering pump, retorqued ball joint nuts, and replaced hydraulic steering box…

No I hadn't taken back to the dealership yet. It's on my short list. Just got back from Colorado and sitting in the Jeep for that long, it has to be fixed.

Well update for you.
I took mine in, they changed steering pump, and then when that didn’t work. Changed hydraulic steering box, still didn’t work. They called engineering and they supposedly said it’s normal. Bullshit it’s normal. It’s stupid loud. I’m going to one other dealership yet before getting “lemon law” protocol involved. Very disappointed so far.
Let me know if you do have better luck and what solution is.

I hadn't gone to the dealer yet, as I know what they normally say. Exactly what they told @Herboldbrandon , "normal, carry on".

Bought a power of the power steering fluid (stuff is not cheap). Filled up the reservoir to MAX. I cycled the steering a few additional times with the cap off (basically trying to burp the system). I hear the inside cabin noise a lot less. It is still there though, so temporary so it doesn't drive me crazy backing out of the garage.
